MyFoodOracle is a behavioral nutrition and wellness application designed to help women understand their relationship with food and build sustainable healthy habits. The app provides food logging, habit tracking, journaling, meal planning, and AI-powered behavioral insights. MyFoodOracle is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content in this app is for informational and educational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyFoodOracle. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your information current. You may not share your account with others.

MyFoodOracle offers a free tier and a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the rate displayed at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We collect information you provide directly including your name, email, food logs, journal entries, habit data, health context, and behavioral patterns. We use this information to provide and improve the MyFoodOracle service, to generate personalized recommendations and insights, and in anonymized and aggregated form for research and business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your individual personal data to third parties. We do not share your individual data with your employer, your organization, or any third party without your explicit consent. Aggregate and anonymized data that cannot identify you individually may be used for research, product improvement, and business insights.

MyFoodOracle is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experienced in this app.

All content in MyFoodOracle including text, design, graphics, and software is owned by MyFoodOracle and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the app without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings. Upon deletion your personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days subject to legal retention requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law MyFoodOracle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina without regard to conflict of law principles.
